Prior to your appointment:
Before booking your first appointment, we ask that you complete our Extensions Interest Form. This helps us get to know you, your hair, and your goals ahead of your consultation.
In the consultation form, we’ll ask about your hair history, daily routine, inspiration, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Once we receive your form, a member of our team will reach out via phone or email to schedule your consultation with the Stylist we believe will be the best fit for you.

What To Expect
Your First Appointment:
Complementary Consultation
Let’s Talk Extensions!
We’ll start with a 15–30 minute consultation to chat about your goals — including color, length, hair type, pricing, and the best extension method for your hair. Since every guest is unique, this is the perfect time to personalize your plan. Some wefts may need a custom color adjustment once they arrive to ensure a seamless blend with your natural hair — standard color service rates will apply.

During the consultation, we’ll also go over the extensions contract together. Whether you're ready to move forward right away or prefer to wait, we’ll keep everything on file for when the time is right!

Please keep in mind that extension costs can vary from person to person, depending on individual hair goals and budget. Your consultation is an important step to ensure everything is customized just for you.

Second Appointment:
Installation
Your second appointment will be your installation. Please arrive with clean, dry hair and be prepared for a longer visit — depending on the number of rows being installed, your appointment may take 2 hours or more (your stylist, will let you know beforehand).

Third Appointment:
The Bump-Up
About 4–8 weeks after your initial application, you'll be ready for a "bump up." During this appointment, we’ll use the same hair and reposition the wefts closer to the root for a refreshed, seamless look. Please arrive with clean, dry hair. While timing may vary, this visit is typically shorter than your original installation.
